SIZE EXCHANGES

If it doesn’t fit, email us within 14 days of getting your order.

• Unworn. Trying it on doesn’t count.
• Tags still on.
• Clean. No cat hair, no Cheeto dust, no mystery stains.
• You pay to send it back. We pay to ship the new size.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

If it shows up with a hole, a bad print, or looking like something got to it first, that’s on us.

• Email us photos within 7 days of delivery.
• We ship you a replacement for free.
• Keep the bad one. We don’t need it back.

WHAT WE CAN’T DO

• No refunds because you changed your mind.
• No returns on worn items.
• No exchanges after 14 days.
• No returns on sale items.
