WHAT WE SELL
- Booze & Boos merch. Prices are in US dollars.
- Prices can change, but never on an order you’ve already paid for.
- Payment is handled by Square. We never see your card.
- Sales tax is added where the law requires it.
CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER
Email us at boozeandbooz@gmail.com as soon as you can. Once an order ships, our returns policy covers it.
DISCOUNT CODES
- One code per order.
- Codes are added on Square’s checkout page.
- We can end a code at any time.
SHIPPING
- We ship within the United States.
- Delivery times are estimates, not promises.
- Please double check your address before you pay. We can’t fix a package sent to the address you gave us.
YOUR STORIES
You keep ownership of any story you send. By sending one, you give Booze & Boos permission to read it, edit it for length and clarity, and share it on the channel, the podcast and our socials, with or without your name, as you ask. Sending a story doesn’t mean we’ll use it. Only send stories that are yours to share.
OUR STUFF
- The narrations, designs and artwork here belong to Booze & Boos or to the people who made them.
- Please don’t copy, resell or reuse them.
- Photos of you wearing the merch are always welcome.
PLAYING FAIR
- Don’t use the site for anything illegal.
- Don’t try to hack, scrape or overload it.
- No bots buying things, no fake orders, no false chargebacks.
- We can refuse service to anyone.
LIMITS
- The site is provided as is, without warranties.
- We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- The most we’re liable for on any order is what you paid for it. If something is wrong with your merch, we’ll make it right.
DISPUTES
If we disagree about something, email us first and we’ll try to work it out. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
CHANGES AND CONTACT
